Land or Sea

Currently promoting their new album 'Red Herring',  fine musicianship, great tunes and lively performances. An eclectic mix of folk and jazz incorporating whistle, sax,clarinet, keyboard, guitar and banjo. Includes bluegrass and self-composed numbers and joined by singer song-writer Jonny Kearney.

Fri 24th October

 ‘Not About Heroes’

Rowan Tree Theatre Co

Production is by Stephen MacDonald telling the story of the friendship between Siegfried Sassoon and Wilfred Owen in Military Hospital at Craiglockheart Edinburgh.
The actor Matthew Burgess, a veteran of Rowan Tree productions, will play Owen, while newcomer Oliver Bisset undertakes the role of the slightly older, and more worldly-wise Sassoon.

The Prisoner of Zenda North Country Theatre. From Nobby Dimmon and the originators of West End and Broadway hit 'The 39 Steps', a swashbuckling Ruritanian romance which chronicles the rambling aristocrat Rudolph as he suffers from a severe case of mistaken identity.
